Tonido won't connect all the time

I am running Tonido Version: 2.50.0.18016 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Many times when I try to connect to http://claytonsagetv.tonidoid.com or https://claytonsagetv.tonidoid.com I am unsuccessful. The only way for me to resolve this is to go to the Tonido Network Enable/Disable Option and change the setting to Disable for a few seconds and then change it back to Enable. Once it is Enabled again I am able to connect but for how long is random. I have tried with and without port forwarding of port 10001 on my router but that doesn't change anything. When I enable port forwarding of port 10001 and try connecting directly via my dynamic WAN ip address (http://my_wan_ip:10001/ui/core/index.html#shares) it is always successful. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this problem? I don't want to have to use my WAN ip address, I prefer using http://claytonsagetv.tonidoid.com or https://claytonsagetv.tonidoid.com. Thanks

change your log level to trace and then switch your relay on, wait till it stops working and post your log.

From what I see, the network connection from your computer is being interrupted. I don't know by what though. It could be antivirus or firewall.

That is strange because the computer that Tonido is installed on does not have anti virus software and the Windows 7 firewall is disabled. Could the network interruption be caused because I am running Windows 7 64 bit?

no, we run tonido 24/7 on Windows 7 64 bit.

I am using a D-Link router DIR-632 and I've opened up port 10001 for TCP and UDP. Is there another port or some other setting I need to change? Thanks.

You will have to disable relay.

I have tried disabling relay and pointing my browser to http://WAN_IP:10001/ui/core/index.html with TCP and UDP port 10001 open on my router but I get the same issue.

Did you try from outside.
The problem with not using relay is that inside your LAN the http://name.tonidoID.com:10001 won't work.
Inside your LAN you can use http://192.168.x.x:10001
