I'm a potential Tonido user. I have a few questions about the free version.

1. How many people can share?

2. Are local copies kept on the original user's and the shared users' computers, as well as the cloud? Or, are the files only kept on the cloud?

3. Is the Discussion Tool available in the free version?

4. Can the Discussion Tool archive discussions?

5. Can the Discussion Tool access archived discussions that reside elsewhere?

1. How many people can share?

Tonido allows the admin user to create any number of guest accounts and any number of shares. This is only restricted by your computer/network speed (to allow simultaneous access if that is needed. This is being simplified further in our next release Tonido 3.0 to better intergrate guest user access into the system.

2. Are local copies kept on the original user's and the shared users' computers, as well as the cloud? Or, are the files only kept on the cloud?

There are no local copies kept. The user access it directly from the computer that runs Tonido. If you do use TonidoDrive (available only in TonidoPro), it caches the files in the local computer to speed up access

3. Is the Discussion Tool available in the free version?
There are no discussion tools in Tonido itself. Are you referring to workspace plugin application? At this point, workspace is going to be overhauled for Tonido 3.0
