Note: You only need to do this if you are not using our relay. Otherwise it will work without needing port forwarding.

Hope this is the right place to post this...

I just ran into a situation where the dsl "modem" used by att/bellsouth in south florida requires that you login to the modem(not the router) and forward all traffic to the router.

It appears that the "proline" modems act as a router with a firewall and it will cause bad headaches until you make it act as a modem and let the router you purchased do what it is supposed to.

Hope this helps someone extremely frustrated.

Please note if you are having trouble port forwarding, you can try enabling the "Relay Service" which is available as a beta service.

Thanks to this guide i successfully forward port 10001 and now i reach Tonido remotely.
I also use dyndns for my dinamic ip and i can reach my page trought the url: ***.dyndns.org:10001 .
I have a connection speed Download and Upload of 9Mb/s but i can download my files at only 200 Kb/s max speed.
There's a way to speed up downloading files remotely?

Thanks a lot =)
