This is the second time that I have tried to install Tonido on a Readynas Storage unit (NVX and now a Pro 6) and both times it has started intially fine, but then after a few hours has both become unaccessible as well as render both Frontview and my NAS shares unresponsive.

At first I was not not sure that it was Tonido as I had install a couple of add-ons during the same period, but my second attempt has confirmed it. Additionally a search within this forum has shown that I have not been the only one with this misfortune.

How can I fix this without having to again return to Netgear Support for them to repair or by returning the unit to factory settings and losing all my data?

So far, I have not been able to find my documentation as to how to correctly setup and configure Tonido to work with the Readynas (i.e. what other add-ons can or should be be installed along with Tonido, etc.)

Please note that we didn't build the ReadyNAS addon. The main thing to do is to make sure the user data directory is set in a location that is not inside your NAS flash drive. The second thing is to make sure you are not using sync etc without setting the folder paths to your hard drives correctly.
