How long does the dynamic dns take

I have setup an account and using the url myaccount.tonidoid.com does not work, and does not resolve. Is there a setting you need to set somewhere?

If you go to settings->Network->Tonido Relay what does it say?

It says error, unable to connect. But what is it trying to connect to? what port, what server? I don't have a firewall running so I don't know what is wrong. I have the ports forwarded to the server. Do you need to forward the network port too?

It is unable to connect to our dynamic DNS servers and relay servers. Unfortunately, something is blocking it.

How then does it initially check for a proper account name? That worked properly in the setup, so it must have connected to your server to begin with. I am going to get a log file and see what is up.

also, I just put my linux server in the dmz of the router, and still no connection. That effectively bypasses any possible firewall..

why is it saying connection refused?
