Can not activate Pro

I've searched through the forum and see there are others who have had this issue. However I tried the solutions but still can't activate Pro.

I am on a Mac and am trying to active the TonidoPro software. I can log in the store and I see I have purchased it but it still says pending.

I set the log to trace and have attached it. Please help.

TonidoPro activation on the MacOSX doesn't work if the Tonido App is inside the "Applications".

Stop Tonido
Drag the app outside to your desktop
Start it, activate it, shut it down and move it back into "Applications"

Yes, I tried that. It is on the desktop. I stopped it. I even rebooted the computer and then tried starting it from the desktop and I get the same thing.

Have you ever activated the Pro license successfully before on any other machine using your account?

No, I just bought it yesterday. Right after I paid for it I got the email with the link to instructions on how to activate. I went to the link, followed instructions, and it won't activate.

I even deleted the program completely and reinstalled on the desktop and restored my account. I get the exact same thing, it won't activate.

I sent the PM this morning.

If this is not going to work on the Mac I can switch to a Windows computer. I was going to buy a separate license to put it on the Windows computer anyway.

You can activate TonidoPro on multiple computers, so you can install it on your windows computer as well. We will check the issues with your account and let you know.

Nice to know you can install on multiple computers. I'll try my windows computer tonight.

However, there seems to be an issue with your system. I have not successfully activated Pro on any computer yet. I purchased Pro and so far, am only trying to get it installed on my Macbook. When I go to Applications and then the App Store tab I can see under My Paid Apps, Tonido Pro. When I click on the Activate tab I get an error and it doesn't activate. (Unable to verify your Application Software Licensi ....)

I still can't get Pro activated at all. I sent you a PM with more info but I still need help activating it. Do you know what the issue is?
