I have two questions about your software:

• Can the application work even if it can't connect to the Tonido servers?
• Will the application still work if the company ceases to exist?

The main two reasons our company needs/wants a private cloud are:

• Full control over data/no privacy issues
• Complete independence from third parties

From what I can tell you only offer the first, but I wanted to ask to make sure.

The answer is yes to both.

You can also easily test this by doing the following:
Disconnect all network connections to the internet, you will still be able to login from your LAN and if you portforward your tonido port even get access it from outside.
