 Post subject: Can't upgrade to pro

Tried repeatedly to upgrade Tonido to pro (on Windows 7) but haven't been successful. There is no activation dialogue that ever appeared when I click applications, as it says in the instructions. When I try to set store account it keeps telling me that either my email or password is invalid. I figured it has to be either the email I originally signed up with or the one the software gives you as your Tornido ID, but neither work. Changed my password and that didn't help. Saw in another post a suggestion to move the install folder to the desktop and try to activate after a restart but that didn't work - and you should warn people that when they do that they lose their data and have to recover their account.

I would appreciate any help. TIA!

I can't log into the store, using the software interface or the webpage. When I go to the store page and try to sign in as a returning customer using the email and password I signed up with it tells me there's no match for the username/password. I assume that's the user account I'm supposed to have created, that it would be the email and password I used when I entered all my payment details...?

I'm on Windows 7 64-bit.

EDIT: Also when I tried to get a password reminder sent (even though I know what the password is) it tells me the email is not found in your records. It's definitely the correct email, the same one you sent my purchase confirmation to.

So you are not able to login into the store using the account you created? Please PM your account email login to me.
