Latest version of Tonido 2.35.0.16174 running on a Mac.

Default settings all running properly, and can access Tonido from outside of internal network with no problem - all files appear for a couple minutes and then "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later."

Trying again later doesn't do anything, basically Tonido runs perfectly for a few minutes, and then stops suddenly. This happens every time consistently.

From Log:
20:33:28:137 [6] [Dispatcher]:E: Token not found in List: cdd54fac-c3c7-4973-b324-b8381637cccb

Would love to get this working ...

1. Does the Tonido app exit?
2. What are you trying to do? Listen to music?

The Tonido app does exit by hitting Command+Q.

Tried it all - just listening to music, just looking at photos, just reading PDFs. Doesn't matter what I'm viewing/doing.

Seems to bring up that error a short period after I *stop* looking at files. Ie. Browsing through files on iPhone app, put my phone down for 5 mins, and then server is gone.

Uploaded a new log - last couple line:
21:27:17:928 [6] [Dispatcher]:E: Token not found in List: 3c751ad0-f40c-45cd-99f7-6ce0f8d8d881

This is when my connection brought the "Internal server error" message the last time.

May be getting somewhere here...

Discovered that if I un-click "Enable Relay" service, and then click it back on - my iPhone app & safari on 3G pick up my Tonido no problem. HOWEVER, still run into the "timing out" problem after I stop using the app/safari.

Hopefully this is helpful in diagnosing?

It appears for whatever reason the connection to the server is timing out, this could be due to a variety of factors including network connectivity etc.

If you try this on a different computer does it work?

Okay. So I've made my Mac a static IP. Forwarded its IP in my router, and disabled the Relay Service.

Once doing this, it seems to have fixed the problem. Not sure why - but it looks like the relay service just wasn't working in my case?

Thanks for the quick help! Glad things are working now - Tonido is a pretty wonderful piece of software!

I have to say it is pretty odd you got this issue with the relay. We will investigate.

Yeah not sure why it would be doing that either, my brother uses Tonido with relay - no issues.

I can tell you that I've been forwarding the port since this last post, and it has never given me that issue since. Very strange.

Thanks for the assistance!
