Hello, I just started using Tonido, but I have a small problem. I can't add folders to favorites or see them through my mobile devices in my Videos directory from my Windows 7.
When I access it through the browser I can see the stuff inside, but if i try to add something in favorites it just doesn't appear there. Also when I try to browse to that directory from my Windows Phone 7 app it just shows an empty folder whenever i try to get inside any of the folders inside "Videos". (I'm talking about the C:\Users\Username\Videos folder BTW). How do I fix this problem? Thank you in advance!

To make sure I understand the issue, you added the videos folder to favorites but can't see files via Windows Phone 7 app?

Does everything work via browser?

I can access everything through my browser, yes. But when I try to add a folder from inside the Videos folder to favorites, I can't see it through my browser in my favorites folder. It's not visible on my device too.
Also, I can't browse to folders inside the Videos one on my phone. They appear empty.

Some questions:

Which browser are you using? Can you try a different browser?
Is the videos folder a regular folder on your hard disk drive?
Adding other folders as Favorites do they work?

I tried using Chrome, but when i add it to Favorites it still says 'There is no data to display'.

The videos folder is the usual 'My Videos' folder in 'C:\Users\Username\Videos'. It's not hidden, and I have admin permissions over it. I think it's shared and everything.

Yeah, I tried adding My Music and some folders inside it to favorites and it worked.

Here's the thing. I can add 'My Videos' to favorites, but if i try to add the Clips folder that's inside it ('C:\Users\Username\Videos\Clips'). It doesn't appear.

Are providing any favorite folder name? You click on Add Favorite, are you entering a name on the pop-up dlg text field? If so, what is it?
