Installed latest version of Tonido on Windows 2008 Standard 32bit. Install worked well and I was able to setup using the administration web interface. Configured a share and added users. As soon as the first user connects to the the Web Share it crashes.
Below is the error from the application log:

I was also receiving Data Execution Protection warnings from the system until I excluded Tonido.exe.

It might be a permission issue. Could you try running Tonido in compatibility mode? Please let us know if you get the same error.

Same failure in Compatibility Mode but no error logged until you exit Tonido. Webshare disappears from Admin console until restart of Tonido.

Edited to add: This is from the View Webshare link in Tonido Admin Console. I have not been able to even connect to the Webshare from another computer on the same internal network.

I guess it is safe to assume that Tonido is not Windows 2008 compatible and it will probably remain so? Perhaps I will give it one more shot on a Linux VM.

We expect Tonido to work in 2008. We got it running on Windows 2003.
We don't have access to Windows 2008 image, so can't check this issue. We will try to see if we can check this out.
