My hard disk went bad the other day. I have now installed a new hard drive and installed WindowsXP and my applications including Tonido. (I purchased Tonido Pro)

But now I cannot access my online webpage. I haven't spoken to my three guests but I guess they can't access it either.

The message on the webpage says

"Tonido Enabled Device Unavailable
The requested device is currently unavailable.
The user's Tonido enabled device could be switched off or there could be a network connectivity problem".

I did do a recovery and received the code you sent me. I pasted this back to you on your website.

After recovering my account correctly (I hadn't clicked on continue before) I can now get on my Tonido webpage but it appears that I don't have Tonido Pro anymore. Also, the log states that two errors concerning "Sync" have occurred. I remember clicking on Sync to install it but then didn't know what to type in.

It seems to be working now but I have lost my Tonido Pro status.

I would like help to get it back.
