Set config value

Parameters:

key	config key. Only 'PROFILE' is used for now.
name	config name
value	new value

Returns:

XML

Requirements:

• Requesting HTTP session must be authenticated
• A profile must be currently logged in
• AuthKey source should be AUTH_SOURCE_UI
