Create new profile

Parameters:

profile	profile name
password	hash of the password
displayname	display name
secretqn	secret question
secretans	hash of secrec answer
hint	password hint
profileimage	path to profile image
anonymousstats	sets whether anonymous stats is enabled for this profile
